MyQuirkBee busy boards are generally designed for children ages 1-5. The specific age suitability of each board is indicated in its description in our shop. If parents wish to use a board with a child younger than the specified age, please ensure that the child is under close adult supervision to maintain safety and provide the best play experience.

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after order confirmation. The package will be sent to the address provided by the customer, who is responsible for ensuring its accuracy. Delivery is available within Switzerland, with Swiss Post as our trusted partner. For customers located near the seller’s address, personal delivery may be arranged upon request. Delays due to customs or carriers are outside our control.

For rentals, each package comes with a pre-paid Swiss Post return label to simplify the return process at the end of the rental period. Customers are responsible for ensuring all items are returned in good condition using the provided return label. If the boards set is not returned, the seller reserves the right to charge for replacement costs. We recommend keeping all packaging, the prepaid label, and the deposit receipt as proof in case of loss or delay during return. Customers are required to wipe down any toys with visible debris ie. food, dirt, etc. before returning the boards back.

Shipping fees cover both sending and returning the playkit via Swiss Post. Each package includes a prepaid return label for your convenience, with the cost of one-way shipping being 8.50 CHF, ensuring hassle-free returns.

We take great care to ensure each kit is thoroughly sanitized and ready for the next family. After every rental, all boards and components are carefully inspected, cleaned with child-safe, non-toxic solutions, and securely packaged. This guarantees that your child receives a fresh and safe play experience every time.

If the customer wishes to cancel their reservation within 5 days of the rental period's start date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental fee will apply. No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 3 days before the reservation or for early returns. Cancellation requests must be communicated directly via WhatsApp for proper handling. Please note that a 5% credit card processing fee may apply to all cancellations.

The client agrees to use the boards under normal conditions. They are responsible for ensuring the child’s safety while playing. The seller is not liable for accidents or damages resulting from use. We encourage customers to carefully store the boards after each use to keep them easily accessible and reduce the risk of loss. This helps extend the lifespan of each item, allowing other children to enjoy them in turn.
